Lark In The Park

Spring is fast approaching, and what better way to celebrate the end of the cold with City Park’s premier Fundraiser- first started in 1982- Lark in the Park. This year marks the 10 year anniversary of the Master Plan, and New Orleans can proudly boast that City Park is one of the best city parks in the country!

It’s time to celebrate all of the wonderful accomplishments of the park, and ensure that future generations of people living in or visiting New Orleans can create memories that will live on forever. Lark is one of the coolest events in New Orleans and you won’t want to miss it-the Patron Party starts at 7, with passed hors d’oeuvres by Commander’s Palace and the Gala start at 8, with over 40 yummy restaurants serving. Both are inside the Pavilion of Two Sisters, which is set in the gorgeous Botanical Gardens. This is a no miss event to start the Spring season!

Proceeds raised from this year’s fundraiser will be placed in the New Orleans City Park endowment. “You will be investing in the legacy of City Park for generations to come” said park CEO Bob Becker. Join us and help continue the preservation of New Orleans City Park.
